1. What we collect
WiseReply is designed with privacy as a priority. Specifically:
- Message content — The messages you paste into WiseReply are sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini or Groq) to generate replies. They are not stored on our servers after the reply is generated.
- Usage metadata — We store anonymous data about which situation type, tone, and relationship was selected. This contains no personal information.
- Feedback — If you click thumbs up or down, that rating is stored anonymously.
- Server logs — Standard web server logs (IP address, timestamp, request type) are retained for up to 7 days for security purposes.
2. What we do NOT collect
- No account or registration information (we have no signup)
- No email addresses
- No names or personal identifiers
- No payment information
- No message content stored beyond the request/response cycle
3. AI providers
Your message content is transmitted to third-party AI providers to generate replies. These are currently:
- Google Gemini — subject to Google's Privacy Policy
- Groq — subject to Groq's Privacy Policy
We recommend not pasting highly sensitive personal information (passwords, financial details, government IDs) into any AI tool.
4. Cookies and advertising
WiseReply uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies to serve personalised ads based on your browsing history. You can opt out via Google Ad Settings.
5. Your rights
Since we do not collect personal data tied to your identity, there is no personal profile to access, correct, or delete. For questions, contact us at: privacy@wisereply.online
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Continued use of WiseReply constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
